Description

Honour natural materials and celebrate easy living with the Croxley Round Dining Table. Its welcoming shape adds democratic design, while wood-slat top and architectural base give this piece an unfussy, adaptable style. Made from sustainably grown Iroko, which is well known for its durable hardwood and beautiful woodgrain. It is well-suited to outdoor spaces given proper care.

The Croxley Round Dining Table is designed by Sibley and made in our Cape Town workshop.

Care & Maintenance

Outdoor Wood Teak & Iroko

Iroko or Teak is a hardwood that is quite resistant to insects and rot. It is able to withstand exposure to the elements due to its naturally high oil content. When left to age outdoors, it typically turns a beautiful silverish grey over time. It is still important to keep up maintenance on your Iroko or Teak wood furniture to extend its lifespan. When not in use, we recommend covering your pieces, or storing them under cover. To maintain your pieces, all that is needed is a light sanding with fine steelwool or fine sandpaper every 3 months which will keep the wood clean and smooth to touch . If you must, for added protection, we recommend our Deep Wood Feeder Product made by Studio Antqiues, available on request. Please note : this may change the colour.
